Referral Program Terms

Thanks for sending business our way. These are the ground rules so everyone knows what to expect.

Rewards

Customers (existing or new Air Support customers referring a friend or neighbor):

• Service call or repair referral — $25 account credit when your friend pays in full
• Maintenance plan signup referral — $25 account credit
• New install / replacement referral — $250 account credit

Account credits are applied to your next Air Support invoice by our office. Your friend also gets a thank-you — diagnostic waived on a service repair, first month free on a maintenance plan, or $150 off their new system install.

Trade partners (plumbers, electricians, realtors, property managers, home inspectors, etc.):

• Service call or repair referral that closes — $50 by check or Zelle
• Maintenance plan signup — $25
• New install / replacement that closes — $500

How payouts work

• Reward locked at submission. The reward amount is determined by the service type you select on the form. If a service-call referral expands into a larger job, the payout stays at the originally selected level. This keeps things predictable and avoids retroactive disputes.
• Paid after the customer pays us. Trade-partner payouts go out within 14 days of the customer paying their invoice in full. Customer account credits apply to your next Air Support invoice.
• 90-day window.Your referral has 90 days from submission to book. If your friend doesn't schedule within that window, the referral expires.

What doesn't qualify

• Existing Air Support customers — the person referred must be a new contact
• Warranty calls on Air Support's prior work
• Self-referrals — you can't refer yourself at a different address, and you can't submit the same person more than once in a 30-day period

Trade-partner specifics

• First time you submit, we'll capture your name, business, phone, mailing address, and how you want to be paid (check or Zelle).
• If you earn more than $600 from us in a calendar year, we'll ask for a completed W-9 before the next payout — required by the IRS for 1099 reporting.
• Trade partners are independent contractors, not Air Support employees. Submitting a referral creates no employment relationship.

Communication consent

When you submit a referral you confirm you have permission from the person you're referring to share their contact information with us. We'll reach out to them by phone and only to discuss HVAC service. We don't send marketing SMS to people we haven't already done business with.

Disputes

If something looks off — a missing payout, a status that's stuck, a friend who actually was an existing customer at a different number — call our office at (910) 469-1459 or email info@airsupporthvac.com. We resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
