Co-Owner
Joe Alig is an owner and the license holder for Air Support. He retired from the USMC Reserves in 2024. Joe lives in Wilmington with his wife and daughter. He has an MBA from UNCW. Joe has over 20 years of HVAC experience, beginning with his enlisted time in the Marines. Joe has a passion for motorcycles, flying helicopters, and fixing air conditioners!
Co-Owner
Chayse Roth is co-owner of Air Support. He lives in Wilmington with his wife and daughter. He served in the Marines from 2001-2013. He has called NC home since being stationed at Camp Lejeune in 2004. Chayse has been in the air quality and HVAC industry for over 10 years. He has an MBA from the University of Mount Olive. Chayse enjoys the coastal life-style and spending time on the water with his family. He has a passion for fitness and cool homes!
Savannah Huffman
Savannah Huffman is Air Support’s Customer Service Representative and Installation Coordinator. She has five years of HVAC experience and her super power is multi-tasking. Savannah is a Wilmington native who enjoys spending time with her family and boating. Her favorite thing about the Wilmington area is the beach.
Eli Burr
Eli Burr is Air Support’s Service Manager. Eli has 12 years of HVAC experience and was one of Air Support’s first hires. Eli has his EPA license and is certified in ductwork design and air flow diagnostics. His super power is being able to communicate complex HVAC issues in layman terms that are easy to understand for people with no HVAC experience. Originally from Texas, Eli is BBQ expert who also enjoys fishing and boating. His favorite thing about eastern NC is the water and all great food.
Bryan Freeman
Bryan Freeman is a service technician with Air Support. Bryan has four years of experience and on the job HVAC training. Bryan’s super power is communicating with customers and being a super nice guy. Bryan grew up in NC, loves playing golf, and his favorite thing about the area is the super friendly people.
Ashley Bowen
Ashley Bowen is a service technician at Air Support. Ashley has 14 years of HVAC experience and is a graduate of Cape Fear Community College’s HVAC program and maintains his EPA 1 and 2. Ashley’s super power is his ability to be kind and relate to people. He recently rescued a kitten from inside an air duct! Ashley is native to eastern NC.
Jefferey Renolds
Jeffery Renolds is a service technician at Air Support. Jeff has 10 years of HVAC experience and maintains an EPA license. His super power is cleaning evaporator coils and conducting maintenance. Jeff is originally from MA and is a huge Patriots fan. His favorite thing about eastern NC is the weather.
